Steps to Reproduce

1. Started playing
2. Don't have enough
3. Take coins
4. Have enough
5. Popup to buy doesn't come up
6. Use the train
7. Come back
8. Popup to buy is there and bug is gone for that, though that can't be the solution for all time

Explanation

i cant buy my land, this is the second time, i have the money for it
