Steps to Reproduce

1. Leveled up to level 6 before buying level 5 land
2. Cannot buy the level 5 land
3. Level 6 land won't unlock

Explanation

Leveled up to level 6 before buying level 5 land. Now I cannot buy the level 5 land and level 6 land won't unlock
