Regression of:	#1711 Persistent 'An Error Has Occurred' Message Despite Restarts This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch game.
2. Popup appears.
3. Can’t play game.

Explanation

Error popup keeps showing upon launch but game behind the popup looks fine. Can’t dismiss the popup
