I just went onto my game last night I was level 23 and now im back to level 1

Hello sunlitmira! This issue is just a connection problem. Your account is still level 23. When you're disconnected from the server, the game displays "Welcome guest". Simply refresh the game until it shows "Welcome [your username]", which confirms that you're logged in normally.
