Explanation

I HAD MONEY FOR THIS PROPERTY AND THE ONE BELOW IT. 43000+ FOR BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. I LOST ALL THAT "MONEY" TO BUY THE TWO PROPERTIES AND ONLY END UP WITH ONE!
