Explanation
I've entered the code and it only shows the thank you message but there is no any rewards from it.
I've tried to restart my game and visit someone to refresh but nothing happens.
I tried to re-enter the code but it gives me an error message. Pls Help thanks!

For me it only worked after clicking on the Sticker album
Like Alex said - sticker packs should be opened by clicking the sticker album icon
or, they're also automatically opened if you receive another sticker pack
as i recall, i have 104 stickers before i claim the voucher. thats why im confused.
i get sticker album but dont get orange present
why is it marked as resolved before even resolving the issue first?
As I said, nothing appears to my screen after clicking the album, it just shows my stickers. I also didn't have any sticker pack open since I just launched the game. Hello?
