Explanation
Hi
My Farm Merge Valley account was reset to level 1 today.
I was level 27, but when I opened the game, I was taken back to the tutorial and my entire farm was gone.
I am using the same Discord account, and I also tried another device with the same result.
I also noticed that other players are experiencing the same issue.
Could you please investigate and restore my progress?
