Steps to Reproduce

1. Used 70 energy, did not get cards
2. Opened 140 items, did not get cards
3. Same thing happened yesterday and it's happening again today

Explanation

Not getting cards after reaching the goals. I've been using energy, harvesting, and still not getting cards.
