'Try again' Button Inactive When Description is Too Short

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the bug report page
2. Write a short description for your bug, less than 50 characters
3. Click submit feedback
4. A popup will show up saying 'You need to have more than 50 characters' with two buttons: 'Cancel' and 'Try again'
5. The 'Try again' button does nothing as you will have the same error again because you didn't change anything, so you have to click 'Cancel'
6. The 'Try again' button is extra annoying because the design makes it the default green button, making you click it automatically thinking it will continue or solve the problem

Explanation

in the bug report, if your description is too short, the "try again" button doesnt do anything and is just pointless and annoying
