Toolbox Overlaps 'Open In' Popup Covering Energy Cost

Steps to Reproduce

1. place toolbox to the left one space below a tier 3 animal ready to be harvested so the bubble is ready to click
2. click the toolbox to use energy and start the opening process
3. Notice that the green open button is partially covered so you cannot see the energy cost

Explanation

When toolbox is near bubble, the bubble overlaps the "open in" popup so you can't see the cost of energy to open the toolbox.
