Explanation

Sorry to bother you again, but this little glitch you have is not so little nor just annoying.
It is a very costly glitch.
It has caused me countless of star points and even more annoying and costy countless of 5 star sticker packets.
Cannot understand why it can't be fixed permanently.
Today I lost my final 5 tar sticker packet that accompanies the daily gift on the 5th day.
And also, the tropical event still shows the swimming pool prize instead of the dinosaur prize.
Kindly fix both issues.
