Steps to Reproduce

1. I paid money to win, and I completed the sticker album at the very last minute.
2. A screen appeared telling me I had won 5,000—but then it vanished; why, oh why?
3. Who can help me now?
4. Also, why did the game freeze and stop right when I won?
5. When I opened it again, I couldn't find my prize—the 5,000 of each type, plus a strange yellow box inside a bubble.
6. I am so upset because my effort and money have gone to waste.

Explanation
