Explanation
Claimed Dino Park reward showing as completed, but only received Swimming Pool due to event
Hi Farm Merge Valley Support Team,
I am writing regarding the Tropical Island event reward glitch mentioned in your official announcement.
I completed the event during the initial period when the old reward (Swimming Pool) was displayed and claimed it. After the system update, the event UI was updated to show the Dino Park reward with a green checkmark indicating it has been claimed. However, I only received the Swimming Pool in my inventory and did not receive the Dino Park decoration.
I have attached three screenshots to verify my issue:
My initial event pass showing Level 20 completed with the Swimming Pool reward.
The current event pass showing Dino Park marked as completed/claimed.
The official Discord announcement acknowledging the decoration issue for players during that timeframe.
Could you please check my account and manually grant the Dino Park decoration to my inventory?
