I just signed up for this, and my card was charged, but the game is still the same. I didn't get any boost, worker or something. Thank you

This is not a "server shop purchase" - that's an in-app purchase into an activity
and the subscription is fully handled by Discord, so CoolGames cannot restore or refund it
Hello! Did you select the right category please? Refunds, Cancellations & Payments --> "I want a refund" or maybe "I'm having an issue with my subscription"
but you should be able to update the ticket, because it seems a new one was created instead
Please inform them this is not a "server shop" this is the in-app purchase in Farm Merge Valley (game activity)
the Premium Pass feature is fully handled by Discord servers
Discord should either update your Premium Pass statues, or refund your account
