no, I think it's potentially because you didn't have all ingredients (12 carrots + 7 wheat + 7 eggs)

that's weird because there was once a time i did hve the ingredients

oh well

guess that solves it

but i did get a carrot bread recipe while not having enough carrots

I believe there is indeed a difference between recipes, I'll check with the game designer
maybe only the first ones does not require the ingredients unlocked, but the other ones yes

i have 12 carrots and it still refuses to give me the carrot cake recipe

update: it works, any ideas what caused it in the first place
