Steps to Reproduce

1. Watch ads
2. Game says it’s not saved and no rewards given
3. Back completely out of the game
4. Log back into the game
5. Start watching ads to get the rewards only for the same thing to happen again

Explanation

Watching the ads to get the energy, gems and crate rewards. Not getting the rewards because it keeps saying saving failed. Only way to get rid of the not saving issue is to back completely out of the game, then log back in. Only for the same thing to happen, only to find out the last five six ads you watched didn’t count.
This happens every day and every time you watch ads to collect the rewards. It only happens when collecting rewards, not on any other ad watching in the game.
Please give me all the rewards you owe me for watching all the ads and not getting the rewards please.
