Explanation

Lost Keys and Lost Rewards
Hi! I have been opening golden chests in anticipation of the upcoming events, as there are time limits to the chests. However, the past day, when I opened chest, rewards have been missing (other than those in bubbles). When I just tried opening a golden chest, it says I needed more space and therefore I was clearing space. However, the chest was missing and my keys used.
