Steps to Reproduce

1. Merge 5 sugar cane crops (surroundings: 4 wheat tier 3 crops, 2 harvestable sunflower crops)
2. Game freezes
3. Reboot - now the sugar cane is all gone

Explanation

I merged five sugar cane tier 3 crops to make two harvestable sugar cane fields. My game froze and when I waited about 20 seconds to reboot, after the reboot there were no tier 3 crops or harvestable sugar cane fields
