Explanation

I didn't get a proper reward from the treasure chest I got from finishing the album. You said in today's announcement that we should submit a support ticket. I already did that on the 21st but still haven't heard back. Someone said in quick questions that you had promised her to change the gem thing she got for a reward. Please do that asap for me, too, as I want to merge my gems during Lucky Merge on Wednesday! Thanks.
