Explanation

Hello, I completed the 50-day Sticker Album event and received all of the rewards. I received the 5,000 chest, 5,000 energy, and the special chest.

However, when I opened the special chest, the decoration item that was supposed to come from the chest did not appear in my account.

I saw on your Instagram that other players have experienced the same problem this week, and you asked players who encountered this issue to contact you through the game.

Could you please check my account and send me the missing decoration item?
