Unusable Tiles Near Train Station Remain Locked After Completing All Facilities

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open my farm
2. Go to the train station with the red roof
3. Check the four empty tiles directly next to the station
4. The four tiles cannot be used or unlocked
5. This remains the case even after completing all 14 Order Facilities

Explanation

The four empty tiles next to the train station with the red roof have been unusable for several months.

I originally assumed that these tiles would become available after progressing further in the game. However, I have now completed all 14 Order Facilities, and I have confirmed that no additional facilities appear to unlock.

Since these four tiles are still inaccessible even after completing all available facilities, I suspect that they may be affected by a bug.

I have attached a screenshot showing the affected area. Could you please check whether these tiles are supposed to be usable?
