For merge of 5 only getting 12XP so getting less XP than I was before

I am experiencing the same thing on all merges, all items
Good evening. I am also experiencing the exact same problem with the double XP on all items. Not seeing the point of an event if this is the second time around that this event is not providing the services which are promised.
Im having the same issue two days into xp event merged 5 bronze keys and only got 12 xp pretty sure its more than 6 xp without double xp
It is almost at the end of the event and we have received no feedback on not getting the double XP? At this point I have nothing to spend my energy on due to not being able to level up fast enough to buy new land (the amount each level is in my opinion ridiculous). Please respond back. Thank you!

Hello @here! I've quickly checked and there is no issue regarding the Double XP event
all players are properly receiving double XP for all items
merging 5x <:Key1Bronze:1295719714395389972> gives 6 XP without event
