Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Marketplace
2. Hold mouse button over the window and start scrolling it downwards. Hold mouse button until it exits the window
3. Release the mouse button. Window should stop scrolling, but it continues to scroll when move mouse upward

Explanation

In marketplace when scrolling down with mouse and mouse pointer pass outside the scrolling window in down direction, when release the mouse button, scrolling window is still attached to the mouse pointer.
