My daily reward screen has frozen. I can't get my card.

I have simular situation where I didn't get daily sticker pack reward, and there was missing letters and nubers from screan and there was not album option on screnn until I reset the game and still I didn't get daily pack sticker reward.

When I opened the game, the album and daily quests didn't appear until I restarted the game. But I still haven't received the Orange packs.
