Energy Counter Time Increment Inconsistency

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click the right corner where the energy counter is, not the + symbol
2. A clock pops up showing the time needed for one new energy count
3. Currently, it reads 01H 36M, but it previously read 01H 27M, so there is an inconsistency

Explanation

my energy counter is broken. when I click on it, normally it takes what, 2 mins to +1? right now it says 01H 27M for +1...
