Steps to Reproduce

1. claim free gems, supplies or energy
2. watch an ad (some ads work, others do not)
3. When the ad finishes, return to the game
4. it's stuck loading and doesn't give the items

Explanation

Ads are not giving rewards, when the ad ends, the game is stuck loading and it never ends
