Explanation
Actual Result:
Several high-level players have reported experiencing issues that prevent them from launching the game properly. The game initially gets stuck on the loading screen at step 1/6. In some cases, it eventually launches but displays a Level 1 farm instead of the player’s actual account.
After multiple attempts, players may eventually be able to log in successfully. However, the issue can reoccur the next time they need to refresh or reload the game.
Expected Result:
Players should not get stuck on the loading screen or see a local farm instead of their saved game data.

Player's note:
Everything was working fine, but suddenly, after rejoining the game, it got stuck on the loading screen at 1/6.
I usually play through Discord in a browser. I’ve already cleared the cache, logged out of Discord, and logged back in, but the issue remains. I also tried using both the Discord mobile app and the desktop app, with the same result.
My internet connection and PC are working fine, and I’m not experiencing any issues with other games or applications.
What I noticed: The issue seems more likely to happen when I have to rejoin the game frequently, for example because a save failed or because I’m trying to get players onto my train list.
The more frequently I rejoin, the more likely I am to encounter this bug. Today, players were coming and going, so I had to rejoin many times, and I kept running into the issue.
At this point, every rejoin feels risky because there’s a significant chance that I won’t be able to get back into the game afterward.
