Explanation

In the shop, keys can be purchased. After buying them, they go into a cooldown period. If the cooldown finishes while the player is in the game, the keys become available again for purchase. But if the cooldown finishes while the player is offline, upon logging back into the game the keys instantly go into another cooldown, making it impossible to buy them.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into the game and purchase the keys in the shop.

Wait until they go into cooldown.

Exit the game and wait until the cooldown timer should finish.

Log back into the game.

Actual Result: Keys automatically go into another cooldown cycle, and cannot be purchased.

Expected Result: Keys should become available for purchase as soon as the cooldown timer finishes, regardless of whether the player was online or offline.

Additional Info:

The issue is consistently reproducible.

It looks like the game does not properly handle shop state updates if cooldown ends while the session is inactive.
