Explanation
I believe the purchased 'bubble' item is missing from my in-game inventory. I acquired it on the PC and had to quickly exit for an appointment. Upon reopening the game on my mobile device, I was unable to locate it. I suspect it may have disappeared, although I am unsure due to a recent lapse in memory. Could you please check on this matter for me?

If it was still in a bubble when you disconnected, have you looked at all your farm? The bubbles sometimes go to the very top of the farm, above the level 100+ area. If you still can’t find it - it’s possible you may have disconnected fast enough to where the game didn’t grab the save. At that point, I can’t help and you will have to wait until the people who actually work the bug reports can help you.
