Steps to Reproduce

1. I had just finished the album with the 4 cards from the last packs that were missing, and I was receiving the prizes and the boxes from the packs—plus the grand prize of 5,000 and 5,000 boxes—when the game just crashed.
2. The 'Congratulations' screen had already popped up, and I even took a screenshot right then.
3. I closed the game and reopened it.
4. When I came back, the energy was gone and the boxes were gone :(.
5. There was a message saying I have to complete the album all over again :(.

Explanation

The card collection caused the game to crash when I finished; it didn't give me any rewards and reset everything.
