Explanation
Played on reddit mobile. I just had this situation happen. I finally finished making 5 stacks of bills. I merged all 5 of them, the screen showed I was leveling up, that’s when the game suddenly reloaded. When I came back, I was left with only 3 of the original stacks of bills, 2 of them have vanished and I was one level higher. I never got the final level of money. So half of the money I’ve merged for the past 2 weeks has just disappeared into thin air. This is pretty frustrating, it’s the first time I’ve had this happen.
Is there anything that can be done about this?

Any updates on this issue? Because it just happened to me. AGAIN. I merged 5 coins of level 8 and leveled up in the game and instead of getting two stacks of bills, I was left with two of the original 5 coins and no bill stacks… At this point I’m wasting weeks worth of time merging only to see the items disappear when I level up.
