Explanation
I’ve been stuck with this key-related bug for a long time, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Because of this issue, I’ve lost the chance to buy keys to open boxes and get materials.
I’d like to know if you can actually fix this problem for me, or at least tell me when it will be fixed. I’ve already reported this issue three times, but nothing has been resolved so far, which is honestly pretty frustrating. 😤

Hello (unknown user mentioned)! This is a known issue, which we'll fix for a future update, next year
In the meantime, if needed, you can also purchase the keys directly by clicking the reward chests as well
