Explanation

I haven’t been able to get the daily crystal energy and chest rewards for the last week. Even if I click on the places I marked with a red pen in the photo, the menu does not open. And also I pay 6 dollars a month to get 5x reward. I’ve had this problem for a week. Please find a solution as soon as possible.
