i just wanna know where my rewards go?? does it have time limits or something because i already earn the first 🎁 reward then when i already got the key, the big 🎁 disappear. please let me know whats going on!! 🤍🤍

no, the chest shouldn't disappear although it does have a timer it's like 3 days after the event ends but you can buy the key for 350 (?) gems

The chest has a decoration inside so if it's not on your farm and not in your storage, the chest has gone missing but it can be fixed with a bug report

my chest is allso missing after my game suddenly rolled back few hours but the xmas balls didnt roll back so rip that chest
