Explanation

I believe this happened shortly after purchasing my monthly premium, as it reset these times and let me claim my rewards as soon as i bought it. The shop has a ! in the corner to represent that my quad-hourly rewards can be collected, however it is not. It has been forever stuck as this ever since buying premium.
