Hello (unknown user mentioned) (unknown user mentioned)! Your accounts were created last year when there was an issue with the tutorial - if players left the game before completing the tutorial, they would still be stuck into it. We fixed this issue but it wasn't retroactive.

I've reset your accounts, so it should now be fixed! The game will now save as soon as the tutorial is completed

Restart the game, app by closing it, close the app from background then try login.

It happened for me too in the past.
