Explanation

i already tried everything, from deleting aches, restarting pc, use other devices, reinstalling discord, turning off/on Hardware Acceleration, run my discord as administrator, play on browser, and still couldnt log in to game. im sure my internet connection is not the problem because i tried to play on my alternate account using the same devices and it worked perfectly fine, when i use my main account, my game stuck on loading screen, tried to full screen it and it total blackscreened.
