Explanation

In the quiet farming #2 vc I keep hearing notification sounds (LOUD beeps and sounds when people join and rejoin) even when I click deafen server settings. This isn’t quiet to me and I don’t like this bc I forget to turn my volume back up after. I’m using discord app on iPhone 16 pro max. I believe I am using most current version of everything. Thanks

> Notifications when someone joins a channel or activity can be turned off in the Discord user settings on PC:
> ⚙️ User Settings > Notifications -> switch off “User join”, “User Leave”, “Activity User Join”, and “Activity User Leave”

they didn't add an option to disable this on mobile unfortunately
