Explanation

Hello! I didn't realise I could report bugs here. I have unlocked the 1st christmas gift box, but it disappeared on my farm and was wondering if I could have some assistance! I have been able to unlock the second gift box with the first key just fine, but I'm about to receive the second key and have no use for it without the first box 😭
