This is severely impacting my game. I've completely logged out of discord twice and back in. I had to give up on the dailies yesterday due to all the downtime and cannot play properly today either. I made this bug report 5 hours ago, with zero response.

Also please fix the invisible profile pics that should be showing on every one of these trees (minus 1 I collected for testing).

I get these same issues when playing on my phone 🥲 not on PC tho

So far, I can't suggest anything, except to try to burst unimportant bubbles. They load up the farm and can lead to errors. Maybe it will help for a while, until the manager reviews your requests.

I'm upset that my post as well as others aren't getting any responses from support. I've completely logged out of discord twice and fully closed it before reopening an signing back in. I don't have many bubbles, maybe 6. I don't think this is a me problem.

same, i can only play with the energy/crates i have collected thus far... there's no ability to do any trades which is one of the main points of the game. really frustrating.

For the ones following this post, I just did an experiment. I used up ALL the energy I had saved up on trees purchased from the marketplace. I disconnected from the game and reconnected. I can now visit people and collect the rewards. I've had this energy saved for months, so I don't know why all of a sudden it caused a problem. But for those also having this issue, give this a try.

Yes, it really worked! I collected all my energy from the toolboxes and restarted the game. Now I can do the visits and collect the rewards. Congratulations on finding a solution to this problem!

Had to try something since we can't seem to get any response from the support team. I was so tempted to put in a bug report for bug reports not being responded to.

Hello @here! This is not a bug - this error appears when you're disconnected from the server when visiting other players most likely, your farm has too many bubbles, so it causes performances issues and crashes from the server

bubbles weren't designed to store items, so we recommend to open them as soon as you can in the meantime, we can apply a temporary fix to reduce the performance issue, you can create a ticket with (unknown user mentioned) if needed

To your first point, I was not disconnected from the server when visiting other players. And what exactly do you mean by bubbles? I had only about 6 bubbles with trees or rocks bought from the marketplace. That should not be enough to cause performance issues. I did have a bunch of profile pics from people who visited my farm stored on trees I had moved around. I've already found the fix myself. I've used up all my energy and am already starting to store it again. I know what to do if I encounter the problem again.

agreed mine does the same thing, its frustrating that the "tool box" energy saving method isnt an option anymore and impacts the game enough that we cant benefit from trades. I wonder how many we can keep before it happens again, or if its a time thing

Yeah I'm going to keep storing it again until the problem returns. If we're lucky, it won't return and could've just been caused by that whole fiasco on Oct 4th.
