Explanation
I play on Discord and on CrazyGames, but been noticing a lot of issues with the CrazyGames app, so it may just be that platform.
For days I have been unable to play the game there because the game won't load how it should, I'll add a picture of how it looks. It's very disheartening because that means progress keeps getting stalled/lost.
Also, the game may work at points but then an ad will pop up and freeze, which then means force-closing the game and then afterwards the game refuses to load again. And that can then last for hours or multiple days again.

Hello (unknown user mentioned)! Could you try clearing the cache of the Crazygames app please? does it work?
Did you already finish the xmas event as well?
I'm gonna add that when I have played, and then closed the app to do other things or take a break from playing etc., that when I then try to play again a few hours later, that the app will not load and is just stuck on the loading screen
Clearing the cache does not help with that
So, I either have to play the game for multiple hours in one-go, or have to wait for at least a day until I can play again
is it Mozilla?
And we're back to this again, haven't even played...

This is demoralizing... and making me question why I even got the app because it just never works
And no, I cannot send a screenshot of my Player ID (with my current level) because none of the buttons work
I can still not play...
