THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO THE ONLY THING IT SAVED WAS MY LEVEL BUT THE MONEY I EARNED & THE LAND I BOUGHT & ALL THE ITEMS I HAD ARE GONE

Has anyone received information that this would be resolved? I submitted a ticket and haven't heard anything back all day.

yeah Im not interested in playing anymore until something gets recovered with what all I did and spent and rare things I earned. Otherwise I wont trust this wont happen again and know that nothing gets done or announced.
