Reparem que está 10/10 completo, mas lá em baixo ainda consta 9/10 e não liberou meu presentinho para resgate.. Sinceramente pensando seriamente em parar de jogar esse jogo, pois ele tem muitos problemas e bugs...

This is probably a caching issue, so I would recommend to clear the Discord cache files: https://www.howtogeek.com/686597/how-to-clear-discord-cache-files-on-desktop-and-mobile/
