Explanation

Everytime I enter the game this message appears and stay for ever , even I have a good WiFi so the only way to stop it it's " luck " , this happening to me more than 2 months ago and even if I disconnected multiple times and enter again this keep appears and stops me from playing for a long time I've tried another WiFi and nothing changes I've run out of patience ( and I have 34 bubbles but people have more than 70 and this is not happening to them and I had this problem when I was having 0 bubbles too so I don't think it's the bubbles and I've bought a new phone and first game I played it's farme and same problem and worse)! pls help
