Hello,

I've experienced this issue a long time ago, but today is my first time to know the start vault will guarantee a new card I don't owned.

I have been 104/108 for over weeks, and I have only 4 T5 cards left. I remember I opened a 800-start vault about a week ago, but I don't receive a new T5 card. The last time I received a T5 card was a week ago from daily challenge. If I remember correctly, I have opened 2 800-start vaults so far, but I never got a T5 card, even the duplicated cards.

Could you please check my account or vault purchase history? Thank you for your time and assistance.
