Explanation

I don't know how much you can look into this app/site but the many and continuous problems it has with this game is ridiculous

After not having played for a few weeks on there because of previous freezing and loading issues, I decided to give it a shot again tonight.

It barely lasted 15 minutes.

I managed to do a few energy tasks, put in the voucher codes I hadn't claimed on there yet, and then when I received stickers, I went to look at them to get rid of the red exclaimation point.

Guess what? The sticker album froze on me.

Tried to reload the game, blue screen. Tried again, it stayed stuck on the 9/9 loading screen. Tried a third time, still stuck on 9/9 loading screen.

This is a continuous issue that has not been looked at or given advice on how to fix to this day.

It is not a WiFi/Internet Connection. It is not a cache issue. It is not a 'Saving Battery Mode' issue.

It just refuses to work properly.

Again, I don't know if this is even an issue you can look into...

But it just hinders any and all progress one can make and it's very annoying
