Explanation

I bought 3500gems+5 star tier pack*3+bonus 3500gems but ut didn’t gave me bonus 3500 gems.

I bought it because the event that in progress, it says give 3500gems+bonus 3500gems, total 7000 gems but I only got 3500gems.

Can I get 3500 gems more in this discord account? I have a receipt.
