Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the game and play until reaching level 60.
  2. Observe the EXP bar after hitting the level cap.
  3. Notice that all accumulated EXP has been cleared/reset unexpectedly.

Explanation

After I reached level 60, all of my experience points (EXP) suddenly disappeared and reset to zero. It seems like a bug caused my progress to be cleared.
