HELP PLEASE , HELP PLEASE ,I play the game through the Microsoft Games MSN app, and yesterday I purchased a 30-day premium pass. However, the money was deducted from my bank account but the pass hasn't appeared in my profile. Please add the pass to my profile or refund my money.
