Steps to Reproduce

  1. Opened reg present box
  2. Game frozen
  3. Present disappeared
  4. Lost my rewards

Explanation

Missing items. I have opened my red present and the game has frozen. I restarted the game and the box disappeared. I only got a big diamond :( Is any chance I can get my reward back?
